Shop Star Style offers the following Returns Policy: We hope you love your Star Style Fashion. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase or gift, we accept Returns/Exchanges/Store Credit within 14 days of receipt of the package. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping charges. You may return your merchandise to our Fulfillment Center in Chicago,IL by filling out the form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have a return form on the back of your packing slip, please contact us by sending an e-mail to sales@shopstarstyle.com. Merchandise & Conditions: * Accepted merchandise must not HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and ALL tags must be attached. * Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. * For health concerns, bathing attire and intimate apparel are all FINAL and not subject to return or an exchange. * Final Clearance and Sale merchandise are all FINAL and not subject to return or exchange. * Merchandise that is offered at a discounted price and NOT a final or clearance sale does not apply and CAN be returned. Tracking & Insurance: * Return the product via UPS or Parcel Post (please add tracking, and keep your receipt should you need to track your package). * Remember to insure it for full value. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we did not ship ourselves. Damaged or Defective Merchandise: * You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Please note, all orders are thoroughly checked twice before shipping. Restocking and Reshipping: * In order to offer the lowest prices online, and free shipping over $100 USD, we must assess a 10% Handling/Shipping/Restocking Fee of total return, or a flat fee of $5 USD if under $50 USD. * Please Note: Websites that offer FREE RETURNS usually charge shipping and you pay FULL retail prices on their merchandise. MOST of our pricing is below MSRP. Thank you for your purchase. Making payment is very easy. Please follow the following instructions to make payment for your order. Western Union, Money Order, Certified Check or Personal Check Payment: **Western Union We have found a way to save you more money! You can get up to a 25% discount by providing payment by western union money wire. The best news is it is so simple! Western Union sliding scale discount: Orders of $0-$2000 15% discount Orders of $2001-$5,000 20% discount Orders of $5001+ 25% discount Please use select check/money order when placing your order for instructions on how to send your funds with Western Union. How to make your payment: Please follow the instructions provided after ordering on the website as to where to send the money. Customers from many countries can send western union payment online by credit card at www.westernunion.com. **Please note: It will be cheaper to make your payment at your local western union office rather than using the online service. You can find western union service in almost every post office around the world. Log on to www.westernunion.com to find the office nearest you. **Money Order or Certified Check Please obtain the Money Order or Certified Check with the total amount of your purchase from any bank (Money Order or Certified Check), post office (Money Order Only) or any agency that can issue Money Orders. Money Order or Certified Check does not have to clear first for us to send your order. So there is no wait period. **Personal Check (U.S. customers only) If you wish to send a personal check, we will have to wait until it clears first and beware that it might take up to two weeks for one personal check to clear. --Make sure to include the following information on a small note-- Order Number First and Last name in which the order was placed under What Next? Once the payment is received and cleared. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Then you will receive your order in 3 to 7 business days.
